menu_book How to Connect Google Sheet (4 Simple Steps)

R K KNIT FAB Document Vault automatically stores uploaded files in a dedicated Google Drive folder (R_K_Knit_Fab_Vault) and records full details in your Google Sheet.

Create a new Google Sheet:
Go to sheets.new and name the sheet "R K Knit Fab Document Vault".
Open Script Editor:
In the Google Sheet menu, click Extensions > Apps Script.
Paste the Code:
Replace all code in Code.gs with the code provided in the Code.gs file in this folder, then click Save (Ctrl+S).
Deploy as Web App:
Click Deploy > New deployment.
- Select type: Web app.
- Execute as: Me (your email).
- Who has access: Anyone (crucial so your phone and computer can save files).
- Click Deploy, grant permissions, and copy the Web App URL.
- Paste that URL into the Settings modal of this web app!
